For the first time, Quang Binh leads the Index of serving people and businesses.

(QBĐT) - That is the ranking result on the National Public Service Portal (NPSP) as of April 2. Accordingly, based on Decision No. 766/QD-TT dated June 23, 2022 of the Prime Minister on approving the set of indicators for directing, operating and assessing the quality of service for people and businesses in performing administrative procedures (TTHC) and public services, the NPSP is ranking provinces and cities in real time in the electronic environment.

For the first time, Quang Binh leads the 766 Index serving people and businesses.

This ranking requires regular, continuous, and unceasing efforts to maintain and improve the results of implementing 5 component index groups, including: Publicity and transparency; progress and results of settlement; provision of online public services; digitalization of records; satisfaction level. According to the ranking results up to April 2, Quang Binh is leading the country with 85.7/100 points. This is the highest result ever (in 2022, it reached 53.2 points, ranked 40th; in 2023, it reached 58.52 points, ranked 59th; in 2024, it reached 81.25 points, ranked 33rd).

Quang Binh provincial leaders met and listened to the thoughts and aspirations of businesses and investors.

“To achieve this important result, in the past time, Quang Binh has received the attention, leadership and direction of the Prime Minister, the determination of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee through resolutions, action programs, and plans to implement administrative reform, identifying this as an important and breakthrough stage of the term; especially the participation of the entire political system, departments, branches, localities, units, the spirit of efforts of the team of cadres, civil servants, and public employees with the motto of taking people and businesses as the center of service. This result also affirms the trust of the people and businesses in the leadership and management role of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee, departments, branches, and localities. To maintain and further promote the effectiveness of serving people and businesses, in the coming time, the province hopes to continue to receive the joint efforts of departments, branches, localities, units, the team of cadres, civil servants, and public employees, the accompanying and active coordination role of the people "People and businesses" - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Phong said.

At the meeting with businesses held at the end of March 2025, with a frank and open spirit, the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee listened to and understood the difficulties, challenges, thoughts and aspirations of businesses and investors and committed that the province would always accompany and be ready to remove all obstacles, creating the most favorable conditions for businesses and investors to develop along with the overall development of the province.

The Provincial Public Administration Service Center is always ready to support people and businesses to quickly resolve administrative procedures.

“Implementing the direction of the Prime Minister, the Provincial People's Committee has assigned departments and branches to urgently review and, in 2025, reduce at least 30% of administrative procedure processing time; reduce at least 30% of business costs; abolish at least 30% of unnecessary business conditions; promote digital transformation, strive for 100% of administrative procedures to be performed regardless of administrative boundaries within the province. Quang Binh is determined to improve the investment and business environment, build a transparent, public and fair investment environment; create all conditions to quickly resolve investment procedures, difficulties and obstacles in investment and business activities to encourage investment activities of all economic sectors" - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Phong affirmed.
