On the morning of February 3, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Mai Son had a spring meeting with officials, civil servants and public employees (CBCCVC) working at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center. Accompanying him were leaders of the Provincial People's Committee Office.

Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Mai Son visited officers and civil servants at the one-stop-shop of departments, branches and sectors.

The Provincial Public Administration Service Center is the place to handle administrative procedures of 17 provincial departments, branches and sectors, 3 central agencies and 1 enterprise.

In 2024, the Provincial Public Administration Service Center received more than 341 thousand records and returned results for nearly 333 thousand records. Of which, more than 317 thousand records were resolved before the deadline (accounting for 95.3%), more than 15.3 thousand records were resolved on time (accounting for 4.62%), 250 records were overdue (accounting for 0.08%); more than 8.5 thousand records are being resolved (accounting for 2.5%).

Bac Giang is always in the top of the country in the ranking of the Index of serving people and businesses in performing administrative procedures (TTHC), providing public services on the National Public Service Portal according to the criteria in Decision No. 766/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister (by the end of 2024, as of December 31, 2024, Bac Giang ranked 3rd out of 63 provinces and cities).

Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Mai Son acknowledged and highly appreciated the contributions of the Center's staff in the past year.

Speaking here, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Mai Son emphasized the important contributions of the administrative reform sector. At the same time, he acknowledged and highly appreciated the contributions of the staff of the Provincial Public Administration Service Center in performing the tasks of socio-economic development of the province.

He hoped that in 2025, with the requirements and opportunities for the province to make a breakthrough and develop the socio-economic situation, it would require the efforts and determination of the entire political system, including the staff of the Center. He suggested that each staff of the Center should make more efforts, continue to uphold responsibility and service attitude, create a good image of the province's administrative apparatus, and continue to contribute to improving and upgrading the province's administrative indicators. The Center will continue to direct, thoroughly grasp and strictly implement the instructions of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee on office culture, working style and manners of staff at the Public Administration Service Center.
