At the meeting, Secretary of Hiep Hoa District Party Committee Duong Thanh Tung said that the district currently has 19 communes and towns, 181 villages and residential groups. The district Party Committee currently has 40 grassroots party organizations with 378 party cells under the grassroots party committee, with over 9,700 party members.

In 2024, the District Party Committee and Party committees and authorities at all levels in the district have implemented and achieved many positive results in the fields that were assessed by the Provincial Party Committee as having excellently completed their tasks, ranking first among 10 districts, cities and towns in the province. Completed and exceeded 10 key tasks assigned by the Provincial Party Committee. There were many innovations in education and political ideology for cadres and party members. 23/25 communes and towns met the standards of friendly government - ranked second in the province; administrative reform indexes, ISO, one-stop classification... were all in the leading group of the province.

Complete and exceed 16/16 socio-economic targets for 2024; total production value increased by 19.2% over the same period, ranking 2nd in the province. Budget revenue in the area reached more than 1,200 billion VND, exceeding 85% of the provincial estimate. Socio-economic infrastructure was focused on investment, especially in transport infrastructure, urban areas, industrial parks and clusters. The district achieved the criteria of a type IV urban area 1 year earlier than the congress's target.

The district completed 100% of the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses for poor and near-poor households and supported 100% of families with meritorious services to repair and build new houses in 2024. Completed the arrangement of commune-level administrative units in accordance with the spirit of Resolution No. 1191/NQ-UBTVQH15 dated September 28, 2024 of the National Assembly Standing Committee.

On August 8, 2012, the Prime Minister signed Decision No. 1041/QD-TTg recognizing 16 ATK II communes of the Central Government in Bac Giang province during the resistance war against France . Currently, the ATK II museum in Hoang Van commune, Hiep Hoa district still preserves a number of valuable documents, images and artifacts. This is considered a red address for tourists to visit because this place is associated with the revolutionary cause of the Party, a place that preserves a part of the nation's memory. ATK II Hiep Hoa relic was recognized as a special national relic in 2020.

Export turnover reached nearly 296 million USD, sales revenue reached 2,000 billion VND, a high increase compared to the previous year. The average income of employees reached 12 million VND/month, leading in the textile and garment enterprises of the whole country.
