Comrade Vo Thi Anh Xuan, Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice President, First Vice President of the Central Emulation and Reward Council attended.
At the ceremony, on behalf of the Party and State leaders, Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan posthumously awarded the title of Vietnamese Heroic Mother to the relatives of the three mothers.
During this period, Dong Nai province had 12 individuals awarded the title of Excellent Teacher; 7 collectives and 14 individuals were awarded the Labor Medal; 13 individuals received the Fatherland Protection Medal.
In addition, 13 collectives were awarded the Government Emulation Flag; 116 collectives and individuals received Certificates of Merit from the Prime Minister and 1 individual was posthumously awarded a Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Vo Tan Duc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Nai province, said that the whole Dong Nai province has 1,144 Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, currently 20 mothers are still living with their children and grandchildren, and today 3 more mothers were posthumously awarded the honorary title of Vietnamese Heroic Mother at the State level.
The conferment of the noble title of Heroic Vietnamese Mother is the recognition of the Party, State and people for the great contributions and boundless sacrifices that mothers have made for the Fatherland.
The Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and commended the outstanding achievements of the collectives and individuals who received noble awards from the Party and State.
This is not only an honor and pride for collectives and individuals, but also a source of encouragement for cadres, civil servants and workers of the province who have actively strived to fulfill their assigned tasks, contributing to the process of building and developing a dynamic, creative and increasingly prosperous Dong Nai.

To continue promoting the emulation movement in the coming time, comrade Vo Tan Duc requested that Party committees, authorities, departments, branches, agencies, units, and localities continue to effectively implement the Ordinance on preferential treatment for people with meritorious services, perform well the activities of gratitude, and focus on taking care of the material and spiritual lives of policy beneficiaries.
Along with that, continue to promote the patriotic emulation movement, promote inherent strengths, potentials and achievements, join hands to build the unit to develop more and more strongly.

Units and localities need to strengthen propaganda and mass mobilization work, thoroughly grasp and study President Ho Chi Minh's ideology on patriotic emulation, imbue with his teaching "The more difficult it is, the more we must compete", successfully carry out socio-economic tasks, and ensure national defense and security in the area.
