On March 27, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province issued a decision approving the detailed urban planning at a scale of 1/500 for Hiep Hoa urban area in Hiep Hoa ward, Bien Hoa city. According to this decision, Hiep Hoa urban area has an area of ​​nearly 293 hectares, with a population of 31,600 people.

Regarding the goal of establishing a detailed planning for Hiep Hoa Urban Area, it is to concretize the 1/5,000 scale construction zoning plan for subdivision A4 in Hiep Hoa ward. Investing in building an urban area that harmoniously combines traditional and modern values, contributing to building a new image of "Cu Lao Pho", a symbol of Bien Hoa urban area.

In 2024, the Provincial People's Committee also issued a decision approving the investor for this project.

Hiep Hoa Urban Area Project is one of the key projects of Dong Nai province, bringing breakthroughs for socio-economic development. The project area is very conveniently located, right in the center of Bien Hoa city, along the Dong Nai river.

Previously, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province approved a consortium of 5 investors including Lan Anh - Phu Quoc Company Limited; Sun Group Joint Stock Company; Ha Long Sun Company Limited; Sun Real Estate Group Joint Stock Company and Phu Quoc Beautiful Sea Investment Company Limited as investors to implement the Hiep Hoa Urban Area project.

Hiep Hoa Urban Area Project has an area of ​​293 hectares, with a total investment of more than 72,200 billion VND. Of which, the joint venture of investors contributed more than 10,800 billion VND, the remaining more than 61,400 billion VND was mobilized. The project area has a recovered land area of ​​more than 290 hectares under the use rights of nearly 1,700 households and individuals...
