Regarding economic development, the province proactively adjusted the economic growth target for 2025 from 8% to 10%, while assigning specific tasks and time to each unit to implement, striving to achieve the highest growth rate.

In total, the province has 398 valid foreign investment projects with registered capital of 10,364 million USD, of which 249 projects are in operation with capital of 8,069 million USD; 45 projects are under construction with capital of 785.3 million USD; 96 projects have not been implemented with capital of 1,484.2 million USD; 8 projects have stopped operating with capital of 25.5 million USD; accumulated implemented capital accounts for about 50% of total registered capital.

Total state budget revenue reached 31.5% of the estimate, up 17% over the same period.
