Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan is Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee.

On the afternoon of July 31, at the 19th session of the People's Council of Bac Ninh province, term XIX, 2021-2026, Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman in charge of the Provincial People's Committee, was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, term XIX, 2021-2026.

At the same time, Mr. Le Xuan Loi, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Tu Son city, was elected to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the 19th term, 2021-2026.

Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan was born on October 3, 1977, in Bac Ninh city, Bac Ninh province.

He has a PhD in business administration, a master's degree in educational management and a senior degree in political theory.

From May 2012 to May 2015, Mr. Tuan was Secretary of Bac Ninh Provincial Youth Union.

From May 2015 to June 2020, he held the position of Secretary of the Bac Ninh City Party Committee.

Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan is Vice Chairman, Permanent Vice Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee from July 2020 to present.

On July 16, Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan was assigned to run the activities of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province.

On July 29, the Executive Committee of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee elected Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan as Deputy Secretary of the 20th Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Also at the meeting, Ms. Nguyen Huong Giang, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, was elected to hold the position of Chairwoman of the 19th Provincial People's Council, term 2021-2026.

Previously, the People's Council of Bac Ninh province passed a resolution to dismiss Ms. Nguyen Huong Giang from the position of Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, term XIX, 2021-2026, to take on a new assignment according to the decision of the competent authority.

On July 17, the Standing Committee of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee decided to assign Ms. Nguyen Huong Giang to the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee.

Ms. Nguyen Huong Giang (55 years old) has held the position of Chairwoman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province since November 2019. Ms. Giang has held many leadership positions such as: Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, Secretary of Gia Binh District Party Committee, Director of the Department of Home Affairs, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Board, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council, Deputy Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee.
