Implementation progress

To prepare carefully for the congress, Nui Thanh District Party Committee established 3 subcommittees, including the Personnel Subcommittee, the Document Subcommittee headed by the District Party Secretary, and the Service Subcommittee headed by the District People's Committee Chairman.

At the same time, promptly implement Directive No. 35 of the Politburo on organizing party congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030 and related documents of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Standing Committee of the Nui Thanh District Party Committee on organizing grassroots party congresses, towards the 23rd Congress of Nui Thanh District Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030.

Mr. Doan Xuan Quang - Head of the Propaganda Department of Nui Thanh District Party Committee said that the District Party Committee organized a special emulation campaign to achieve achievements to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels, and at the same time directed Party committees and Party organizations at all levels to carry out well the propaganda work on organizing Party Congresses at all levels, towards the Congress of Nui Thanh District Party Committee, the 23rd Congress of Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee and the 14th National Congress of the Party.

Thereby, to raise awareness of Party committees, Party organizations, cadres, Party members and people about the meaning, role and importance of Party congresses at all levels to prepare well and successfully organize Party congresses for the 2025 - 2030 term.

Regarding the drafting of the political report, the draft review report of the District Party Executive Committee, term XXII, 2020 - 2025, and reporting to the Provincial Party Standing Committee before May 30, 2025.

Receive comments from the Provincial Party Standing Committee and approve the official report before June 10, 2025; synthesize comments on documents of party congresses at all levels before June 30, 2025.

The work of drafting resolutions, preparing speeches, scenarios and related issues to serve the 23rd District Party Congress must be completed before May 30, 2025.

According to Mr. Nguyen Tri An - Secretary of the Nui Thanh District Party Committee, personnel work was carried out strictly before the congress. The District Party Committee reviewed and supplemented the planning of the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and leadership and management positions at all levels for the 2025 - 2030 term; mobilized and arranged a number of heads and deputy heads of district departments and offices; consolidated, arranged and perfected key personnel at all levels in conjunction with the congress personnel work.

Implement the personnel process to supplement the Party Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee for the 22nd term, 2020 - 2025, to be completed before December 31, 2024. Develop a personnel plan for the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee... for the 2025-2030 term, to be completed in February 2025.

Carefully prepare for the grassroots congress

According to the plan of the Nui Thanh District Party Committee, the Party Committee and grassroots Party cells directly under the District Party Committee will organize the congresses and complete them before June 30, 2025. The Standing Committee of the District Party Committee will select the Nui Thanh Town Party Committee to organize a model congress at the grassroots level of the communes and towns; the Cao Ba Quat High School Party Committee will organize a model congress at the agencies; the District People's Court Party Cell will organize a model congress at the grassroots level of the District Party Committee, to be completed before March 31, 2025.

The Standing Committee of Nui Thanh District Party Committee selected the Tam My Dong Commune Party Committee to pilot the direct election of Party Committee Secretaries at the congress, to be completed before June 30, 2025. The Party Committees of grassroots Party organizations directed their subordinate Party cells to organize congresses, to be completed before February 15, 2025; selected 1 subordinate Party cell to organize a model congress, to be completed before January 10, 2025.

Nui Thanh District Party Committee directed the Party Committees of communes and towns to report the content of the congress documents to the district before January 31, 2025 for the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee to comment.

The Standing Committee of Nui Thanh District Party Committee will work with the Party Committees of communes and towns to agree on the expected personnel to participate in the executive committee, standing committee, secretary, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and a number of other positions.

The Party Committees of communes and towns shall carry out the procedures and personnel records of the executive committee, standing committee, secretary, deputy secretary of the Party Committee, etc., which have been agreed upon by the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and completed in January 2025.

The Standing Committee of the District Party Committee approves the content and personnel plan for the congress for communes and towns, to be completed before February 15, 2025. The model congress unit will be approved by the end of January 2025.

For Party committees and Party cells directly under the District Party Committee (except communes and towns), they must complete the content of Party Congress documents before January 31, 2025 to report to the District Party Committee for comments, and at the same time carry out personnel work steps for the congress according to regulations.

Party congresses at all levels are important political events, so Nui Thanh District Party Committee directed Party committees and organizations at all levels to deploy relevant agencies and units to develop a plan to serve and ensure security, order and social safety before, during and after the congress in a strict and thoughtful manner.
