NTO - Party Committee of the Agency Bloc

On October 5, the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises held the 16th expanded Executive Committee meeting to evaluate the results of the implementation of tasks in the first 9 months of 2023 and deploy key tasks for the last 3 months of the year. Attending the meeting were comrade Lam Dong, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee; leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Party committees and Party committees of the branches and grassroots Party committees.

In the past 9 months, the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies - Enterprises Bloc and the branches and grassroots Party Committees have led and directed the implementation of Party building tasks in the entire Party Bloc, achieving many important results. The work of studying and thoroughly grasping the Party's directives and resolutions, and the work of training and fostering political theory has been seriously implemented. The Party Committees of the branches and grassroots Party Committees have promoted the sense of responsibility, closely followed and encouraged cadres, Party members, civil servants, public employees and workers to strive to fulfill their assigned political tasks. The work of inspection, supervision, prevention and combat of corruption, waste and building a clean and strong Party has been focused on; the work of protecting internal politics has been carried out seriously, closely and in accordance with the Party's regulations. As a result, in 9 months, the internal political protection department of the Party Committee of the bloc examined and verified the records of 142 cases serving the work of developing new Party members and 305 cases serving the work of cadres. Thereby, 88 Party members were admitted, reaching 57.5% of the target assigned by the province.

Implementing the key tasks in the last 3 months of the year, the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies - Enterprises continues to lead and direct the Party committees of branches and affiliated Party committees to promote the patriotic emulation movement to contribute to the successful implementation of the socio-economic development targets in 2023, continue to promote studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in conjunction with promoting the building and rectification of the Party and the political system; strengthen the organization and building of the Party, improve the quality of the Party members, and effectively recruit new Party members...

Speaking at the conference, the Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board shared the difficulties and limitations of grassroots party organizations in the work of inspection, supervision, and source creation and development of Party members. Through suggesting a number of solutions to overcome the above difficulties and limitations, he requested the Party Committee of the bloc to continue to lead and direct grassroots party organizations to thoroughly grasp and seriously and effectively implement the directives and resolutions of the Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee in conjunction with effectively implementing the programs and work plans of the Party Committee of the bloc and those of the Party Committees of agencies, units and enterprises.

The Party Committee of the bloc continues to promote proactiveness, creativity, and innovation in leadership methods, inspection and supervision methods internally; promptly research and promulgate the evaluation framework for the "4-good Party cell" model and implement the evaluation immediately at the end of 2023, thereby serving as a point for replication to Party Committees under the Provincial Party Committee. Continue to research and advise on policies for developing Party organizations and Party members in private economic units; focus more on the work of examining and verifying political history to serve the work of cadres and Party development, striving to achieve the target of admitting new Party members in 2023.
