Ninh Giang aims to increase per capita income by nearly 8 million VND this year.

Authorized by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee Vu Hong Hien awarded certificates of merit to two collectives of Ninh Giang district.

In 2025, Ninh Giang district strives to increase state budget revenue in the district by 10% or more compared to the plan assigned by the province; average income per capita in the district reaches 80 million VND/person/year, an increase of nearly 8 million VND/person/year compared to the results in 2024.

These are the goals set out at the recent conference to review the leadership work of the District Party Committee and the emulation movement in 2024, and deploy the tasks in 2025 of the Ninh Giang District Party Committee.

To achieve these goals, Ninh Giang district will focus on implementing the agricultural production plan for 2025. Improve the quality of new rural criteria at both district and commune levels; maintain stable industrial and handicraft production establishments.

The District Party Committee directed the effective implementation of state budget collection and expenditure tasks, effectively managed revenue sources; strengthened management and effective exploitation of approved socio-economic development plans, land and mineral management; effectively implemented land use planning and plans, and land auction plans for 2025.

Comrade Pham Van Khanh, Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of Ninh Giang District Party Committee, presented certificates of merit to collectives with outstanding achievements in Party work in 2024.

In 2024, Ninh Giang district had 8 collectives awarded the title of excellent labor collective by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and 2 collectives were awarded certificates of merit. Many collectives and individuals were awarded by the leaders of the District Party Committee and the District People's Committee.

In 2024, Ninh Giang District Party Committee had 41 grassroots party organizations that completed their tasks well, accounting for 100%, of which 8 grassroots party organizations completed their tasks excellently. The Party Committee had 277 party cells that completed their tasks well, accounting for nearly 95%; 13 party cells that completed their tasks, accounting for more than 4%; only 2 party cells did not complete their tasks, accounting for less than 1%.

In socio-economic development, the district has achieved and exceeded 15/17 set targets; of which the district's state budget revenue reached more than 580 billion VND, exceeding nearly 77% of the plan assigned by the province.
