Ms. Tran Thi Ngoc Diem is one of the typical female officers of the unit. Having been with the Mo Duc District Social Policy Bank since its inception, she has held many important positions such as credit, accounting and is currently a controller. For more than 20 years of working, she has always considered the bank her second home, where she and her colleagues have devoted themselves to bringing policy capital to the people, helping them to improve their lives.

Meanwhile, Ms. Mong Thu - a credit officer of the bank has always been close to the area, ensuring that loans go to the right people and follow the right procedures. Due to the specific requirements of her job, she often has to go to the workplace, sometimes even working on her days off. Despite the hardship, she still arranges her time reasonably to take care of her family, ensuring that her work is not interrupted.

The female cashiers at the transaction office are no less busy. In addition to their main duties at the office, they also participate in social trading sessions, even on weekends. However, despite the pressure of work, they always maintain a sense of responsibility, dedication to their profession and excellently complete the assigned tasks.

One of the shining examples of the Social Policy Bank in Quang Ngai is Ms. Tran Thi Hong Oanh - Director of the Social Policy Bank Transaction Office in Tu Nghia District. Implementing the direction of the superiors, the Women's Union of the Social Policy Bank, Quang Ngai branch, has launched the emulation movement "Good at banking, good at housework" in conjunction with campaigns such as "Studying and following the ideology, morality and style of Ho Chi Minh", "Women actively study, work creatively, build happy families". Propaganda work on female workers' rights, policies to support women and children is also focused.

In parallel with their professional work, women also actively participate in volunteer activities such as: giving gifts to poor households, contributing to the Trade Union Shelter Fund, the Fund for the Poor, supporting the prevention of Covid-19 epidemic... In addition, cultural and sports movements are also enthusiastically responded to, creating a happy working atmosphere, reducing stress and pressure.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Linh, Deputy Director, Chairwoman of the Trade Union of the Social Policy Bank, Quang Ngai branch, said: The emulation movement "Good at banking, good at housework" has become a great motivation for female bank staff to overcome difficulties and fulfill their tasks well. In 5 years (2020-2025), 401 female staff have achieved the title of 2-good women. The Trade Union has also proposed to reward 6 collectives and 5 outstanding individuals in this movement.
