The show features over 150 artists, actors and creative crew. The show showcases the pinnacle of Vietnamese artists, from vocal techniques in the style of Bel Canto singing, the orchestra’s skillful style to the coordination skills between singing, dancing and acting on stage.

In addition, the musical also collaborates with the international choir Hanoi Voices. Multinational actors such as French, Polish, Russian, Italian... create a harmonious whole that attracts the audience from the opening to the last scene. This is also the highlight that creates the international character of the play.

Under the baton of conductor Dong Quang Vinh, classic songs such as Do You Hear the People Sing? One Day More, On My Own and of course I Dreamed a Dream will resound in the Opera House auditorium.

The familiar melodies associated with the fate of the main characters are elaborately and qualitatively staged. To preserve the soul of the classic, VNOB’s “Les Miserables” is staged on a Vietnamese stage entirely in English with Vietnamese subtitles via LED screen.

The musical Les Misérables is adapted from the novel of the same name by the great writer Victor Hugo, a classic work of romanticism.

Through a series of typical characters and settings, the play depicts the fates of many social classes. From the pages of the great French writer's book, familiar characters will step onto the stage to tell a humane musical story about humanity, solidarity and hope for a bright future.

The magnificent stage projection effects combined with elaborate costumes and props hope to bring the audience an unprecedented eye-catching experience.

The artists and actors of the Vietnam National Opera and Ballet are currently working hard to prepare for the return of the musical, promising to bring the most valuable and emotional experiences to Hanoi audiences.
