This plot has the code 1A-03, located next to the cemetery in Dong Danh - Dong Coc area, Phu Luong ward.
In addition, 4 other plots of land with winning prices ranging from 9.7 billion VND to 12.2 billion VND with an area of 62.5 - 66.8m2 have also had buyers pay 50% of the first land use fee. Of which, Ha Khau field (Phu Luong ward) has 2 plots including 2A-09 (total 10.4 billion VND) and 4A-05 (total 9.7 billion VND).
In Dong Bo, Dong Chuc, Cua Cau, Dong Men (Phu Luong Ward), there is one lot that has paid for, plot 5B-23 (over 10.4 billion). The remaining lot, coded LK2-8, in the Pharmacy area (X7), won over 182 million VND per square meter.
The remaining 22 plots of land have not yet received the first payment for land use fees from customers after the auction results were announced. Of which, Ha Khau area, Phu Luong ward has 16 plots, the rest belong to the Pharmacy auction area (X7).
According to regulations, the auction winner must pay 50% of the land use fee within 30 days (first installment) from the tax authority's notice, and the remaining payment within 90 days. After the first installment, the winner who has not fulfilled his financial obligations can still pay 100% in the second installment with late payment interest.
Previously, the auction of 27 plots of land in three wards of Phu Luong, Yen Nghia, Duong Noi, Ha Dong district (18 km from Hoan Kiem lake) caused a stir because the winning price was 5-8 times higher than the starting price.
The highest winning lot is coded 1A-03 Dong Danh - Dong Coc area (Phu Luong ward) with a winning price of more than 262 million VND/m2. This land lot has an area of 57.5 m2, 2 frontages, located next to the cemetery. The infrastructure around this area has been invested synchronously for a long time. This land plot is about 1.7 km from National Highway 21B. The total winning price of this lot is up to 15 billion VND, more than 8 times higher than the starting price.
Notably, after the 7 rounds of this auction ended, many people left because they thought the prices were too high. Meanwhile, according to the organizers' plan, the auction would take place for at least 5 to 11 rounds. An investor who left the auction room at 4 p.m. said that the total value of each auctioned plot of land had reached more than 10 billion VND. " With such high prices, I had to give up ," he said.
From 6am on October 19, Mr. Khuat Quang Hung (Son Tay) traveled more than 40km to the auction site to participate in the auction to buy 4 plots of land. " I was cautious of traffic jams so I left at 6am, arrived at 7am, and after breakfast, went to the auction, which was just right ," said Mr. Hung.
After attending the 7th round of auction, he could no longer participate because the land price was too high. Therefore, he decided to leave. According to Mr. Hung, some investors after going through 4-5 rounds of auction could not stand the "heat" and gave up. " I have been bidding until the 7th round but have not yet closed any lot. I have participated in the auction of 4 plots of land but the price has gone up too high, I cannot continue because I do not have enough money ", said Mr. Hung.
