Thanh Hoa province strengthens control of real estate market

(Dan Tri) - Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction to strengthen inspection and examination of real estate business activities of enterprises in the province.

Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has just issued Official Letter No. 2397 to rectify and handle acts of price manipulation and real estate speculation. At the same time, the province also strengthens inspection and examination of real estate investment and construction projects in the area.

According to the document, the Department of Construction of Thanh Hoa province is required to strictly control the activities of real estate trading floors and brokerage service businesses. The goal is to ensure transparency, professionalism and prevent uncontrolled behavior that could destabilize the market.

The Department of Construction also needs to strengthen inspections to promptly correct, prevent and strictly handle violations. In particular, it is necessary to pay attention to the legality, conditions and public information of real estate with abnormal price increases, in order to prevent profiteering and market disruption.

The Provincial People's Committee also assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to strengthen inspection and examination of land use conversion, land use fee calculation, compensation, site clearance and land use rights auctions. Violations will be strictly handled, especially those taking advantage of auctions for profit and disrupting the market.

The Management Board of Nghi Son Economic Zone and industrial zones, together with the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities, are required to publicize planning, land use plans and urban development programs. This is to ensure that real estate market information is transparent and public.

Previously, the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province also directed relevant units to focus on rectifying and handling acts of price manipulation and real estate speculation, and at the same time inspecting and examining real estate investment and construction projects.
