In recent times, the review, self-criticism and criticism at all levels of Party committees and organizations have been carried out seriously and substantially. In particular, with the organization of a political activity on Party building and rectification and the political system with the theme of "self-reflection and self-correction" according to Conclusion No. 21 throughout the province, each cadre and Party member in their positions and responsibilities has seriously "self-reflection" to develop a plan to correct and overcome limitations and shortcomings, propose practical solutions, with the spirit of determination to "correct" in the coming time.

Implementing Conclusion 21 dated October 25, 2021 of the 4th Central Conference (term XIII), the Standing Committee of Thang Binh District Party Committee directed the organization of a political activity on Party building and rectification and the political system in the district with the theme "Self-reflection, self-correction" associated with the topic "The will to be self-reliant, self-reliant and the aspiration to develop a prosperous and happy country".

The Standing Committee of the District Party Committee also determined that self-reflection, self-correction, and self-criticism must be carried out continuously and unceasingly to contribute to building and rectifying the Party. At the same time, it directed Party cells and Party committees to strengthen management and inspection of the implementation of personal plans and commit to setting an example for cadres and Party members.

According to Mr. Phan Cong Vy - Secretary of Thang Binh District Party Committee, the review in the spirit of "self-reflection and self-correction" of the collective and individuals and the issues raised at the Party cell meetings were carried out seriously in the spirit of democracy, frankness, solidarity and construction.

The content of the comments has contributed to changing awareness and sense of responsibility, promoting pioneering and exemplary spirit, helping Party committees, Party organizations, cadres and Party members see limitations and shortcomings, thereby identifying causes and finding solutions to overcome them.

Thereby, it has pointed out shortcomings and limitations in the work of Party building, building agencies, units and organizations. At the same time, it has clearly identified manifestations of shirking and avoiding responsibility; determined the causes and proposed tasks and solutions to overcome weaknesses in all aspects of work and the spirit and attitude of cadres, party members, civil servants and public employees in performing public duties.

Mr. Thai Binh - Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc shared that the review does not only stop at the contents and issues that have been commented on, suggested for review and clarification each year, but also includes the contents and issues that each collective and individual is aware of, needs to overcome and learn from.

At the same time, clearly define the responsibility of each Party Committee and Party organization in arousing and spreading positive energy, responsibility, creating new motivation, especially the desire for development and dedication of each cadre, Party member, civil servant and public employee in the development path of the province. Contribute to improving the leadership capacity, fighting strength of the Party organization and the quality of the contingent of cadres and Party members in the new period.

Promote exemplary spirit and self-awareness

Evaluating the Party building work of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee acknowledged that the work of reviewing, evaluating and classifying the quality of grassroots party organizations and party members every year has been seriously and strictly implemented by party committees and organizations at all levels in accordance with regulations.

Before conducting the review, the Party Committees at all levels determine the key and central contents to direct the implementation. For places with complicated issues and pressing public opinion, the Standing Committees at all levels assign Standing Committee members, advisory and supporting agencies to advise on the content of the review and request collectives and individuals to report and explain. At the same time, the Standing Committee member in charge and the leaders of the advisory and supporting agencies are assigned to directly attend and direct the review.

In the assessment, self-criticism and criticism were seriously reviewed in the spirit of Central Resolution 4 (term XI, XII) and Conclusion No. 21 of the Central Conference 4 (term XIII).

After the year-end quality assessment and classification, the superior Party Committee promptly directed the development of plans and proposed measures to overcome the shortcomings and limitations pointed out through the review of Party organizations and Party members who did not fulfill their tasks or had many limitations and weaknesses, and whose political task performance results were limited and did not meet the set goals and targets.
