General Secretary To Lam and Comrade Tran Cam Tu, Politburo member, Standing member of the Secretariat, Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission, presented the A prize to the authors and representatives of the author groups.

Comrade Nguyen Hoa Binh, Politburo member, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister and Comrade Le Minh Hung, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organizing Committee awarded the B prize to the authors and representatives of the author groups.

Comrade Nguyen Xuan Thang, Politburo member, Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council and Comrade General Luong Tam Quang, Politburo member, Minister of Public Security presented the Special Topic prize to the authors and representatives of the author groups.
