RESOLUTION
Abolish Resolution No. 131/2023/NQ-HDND dated December 9, 2023 of the People's Council of Nam Dinh province stipulating the land price adjustment coefficient in 2024 in Nam Dinh province; Partially abolish Resolution No. 60/2024/NQ-HDND dated July 11, 2024 of the People's Council of Nam Dinh province amending and supplementing a number of appendices issued with the Resolutions approving the adjusted land price list and land price adjustment coefficient in Nam Dinh province.

TERM XIX, 25TH SESSION
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of Local Government dated February 19, 2025;
Pursuant to the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents dated June 22, 2015; Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents dated June 18, 2020;
Pursuant to the Land Law dated January 18, 2024; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Land Law No. 31/2024/QH15, Housing Law No. 27/2023/QH15, Real Estate Business Law No. 29/2023/QH15 and Law on Credit Institutions No. 32/2024/QH15, dated June 29, 2024;
Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2016/ND-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing a number of articles and measures for implementing the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents; Decree No. 154/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020 of the Government amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 34/2016/ND-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing a number of articles and measures for implementing the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents; Decree No. 59/2024/ND-CP dated May 25, 2024 of the Government amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 34/2016/ND-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing a number of articles and measures for implementing the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents, which has been amended and supplemented a number of articles under Decree No. 154/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020 of the Government;
Pursuant to Decree No. 71/2024/ND-CP dated June 27, 2024 of the Government regulating land prices;
Pursuant to Decree No. 103/2024/ND-CP dated July 30, 2024 of the Government regulating land use fees and land rents;
Considering Submission No. 22/TTr-UBND dated March 7, 2025 of the People's Committee of Nam Dinh province on the issuance of a Resolution of the People's Council of Nam Dinh province abolishing Resolution No. 131/2023/NQ-HDND dated December 9, 2023 of the People's Council of Nam Dinh province stipulating the land price adjustment coefficient in 2024 in Nam Dinh province; partially abolishing Resolution No. 60/2024/NQ-HDND dated July 11, 2024 of the People's Council of Nam Dinh province amending and supplementing a number of appendices issued with the Resolutions approving the adjusted land price list and land price adjustment coefficient in Nam Dinh province; Verification report of the Economic - Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council; discussion opinions of the delegates of the Provincial People's Council at the session.
RESOLUTION:
Article 1. Repeal the entire Resolution
Abolish the entire Resolution No. 131/2023/NQ-HDND dated December 9, 2023 of the People's Council of Nam Dinh province approving the land price adjustment coefficient in 2024 in Nam Dinh province.
Article 2. Partial repeal of the Resolution
Abolish Article 2 of Resolution No. 60/2024/NQ-HDND dated July 11, 2024 of the People's Council of Nam Dinh province amending and supplementing a number of appendices issued with the Resolutions approving the adjusted land price list and land price adjustment coefficient in Nam Dinh province.
Article 3. Implementation provisions
This Resolution was passed by the 19th Nam Dinh Provincial People's Council, 25th Session on March 14, 2025 and takes effect from March 24, 2025./.
