Based on the minutes of handover of state management tasks on testing and granting driving licenses from the Department of Transport of Kien Giang province to the Kien Giang Provincial Police, from March 3, 2025, the Traffic Police Department of Kien Giang Provincial Police will receive and issue driving licenses in the province, at No. 34 Lam Quang Ky Street, Vinh Thanh Van Ward, Rach Gia City (Kien Giang).
