On April 14, Mr. Le Van Tuan, Deputy Director of the Department of Construction of Da Nang City, said that the People's Committee of Da Nang City has just issued a decision to enforce and the People's Committee of Ngu Hanh Son District will carry out enforcement at the Muong Thanh Hotel Complex Project and Son Tra Luxury Apartments, invested by Dien Bien Province Construction Private Enterprise No. 1.
However, due to the impact of the epidemic in recent times, the enforcement has been delayed.
"The investor has dismantled the illegal construction. Specifically, about 50% of the construction volume with about 78 apartments on floors previously arranged as parking lots and kindergartens...", Mr. Tuan informed.
At the same time, the Deputy Director of the Department of Construction added that in the near future, the Department of Construction of Da Nang City will continue to coordinate with the People's Committee of Ngu Hanh Son District to deploy the supervision and enforcement of construction works according to regulations.

Accordingly, the investor illegally built 161 apartments and arbitrarily converted the functions of the items from the 2nd to the 5th floors, which were licensed for public purposes, into apartments for sale.
The authorities and construction management agencies of Da Nang City have intervened to handle the case. However, the case has lasted from 2016 until now.
Specifically, although the investor did not comply, Da Nang City repeatedly issued a plan to enforce demolition, but to date it has not been completely resolved.
