According to Fox Business, the CEO of the Vancouver International Auto Show in Canada, Eric Nicholl, confirmed that Tesla has been removed from the event, which takes place from March 19-23. He emphasized that the show's top concern is the safety of attendees, exhibitors, and staff.
The decision comes after several protests in Ottawa and Vancouver condemning Tesla CEO Elon Musk, an adviser to President Donald Trump, who angered Canadians with his comments about making Canada the 51st state of the United States.
