Commander of the 127th Naval Brigade becomes Chief of Staff of the Naval Command

At the Conference, Lieutenant Colonel Dam Oanh, Brigade Commander of Brigade 127, handed over his duties and responsibilities to Lieutenant Colonel Pham Luong Hao, Deputy Brigade Commander and Chief of Staff of Brigade 127.

Previously, according to the decision of the Standing Committee of the Navy Party Committee, Lieutenant Colonel Dam Oanh was appointed to the position of Chief of Office of the Navy Command.

Speaking at the Conference, Rear Admiral Nguyen Huu Thoan congratulated Senior Lieutenant Colonel Dam Oanh on being appointed to the new position by his superiors, acknowledged and highly appreciated the results of Brigade 127's mission performance and the contributions of comrade Dam Oanh during his work.
