For example, Thuy Nguyen district has 10 projects. Notably, the New Urban Area project in Thuy Duong and Hoa Binh communes has an area of 400 hectares. Next is the Hon Ngoc Urban Area project (the area north of Cam River in Hoa Dong commune, with a scale of 120 hectares. The Hon Ngoc Riverside Urban Area project and the Hon Ngoc River South Urban Area, with a scale of 50 hectares....
In the list, An Duong district has 8 urban projects. Of which, the project with the largest scale of 150 hectares is the Trang Due urban area expansion project in Le Loi commune. Next, the Dong Thai urban area project in Dong Thai commune, with a scale of more than 73 hectares or the social housing project in An Dong commune with a scale of 56 hectares....
Notably, the Southeast Hai Phong Urban Area project located in Hoa Nghia, Tan Thanh wards (Duong Kinh district) and Hop Duc (Do Son district) has a scale of up to 2,000 hectares.
Or Hai An district has Nam Trang Cat urban area in Trang Cat ward, with an area of 200 hectares. Cat Hai island district has Phu Long urban and tourism service area in Phu Long commune, with an area of over 170 hectares....
In addition to projects in the field of urban development, Hai Phong has 4 projects in the field of tourism development also calling for foreign investment.
In particular, the tourism development project with sports and entertainment in Do Son district has a scale of 900 - 910 hectares. The project of eco-tourism, resort urban area, experience associated with hot mineral water points in Khoi Nghia and Quyet Tien communes of Tien Lang district, has a scale of 340 hectares.
The two remaining tourism projects are the project to build an international passenger port in the Hai Phong International Gateway Port Complex with an estimated investment of about 20 million USD; and the project to build an ecological tourist area at Song Gia Lake in Thuy Nguyen District with an investment of about 30 million USD.
Regarding industrial park (IP) development, Hai Phong plans to develop 16 IPs in Thuy Nguyen district, Hai An district, Cat Hai district, An Duong district, Vinh Bao, Tien Lang, and Kien Thuy.
In which, Trang Due 3 Industrial Park, Tien Lang 1 Industrial Park, Tien Lang 2 Industrial Park, Tien Lang Airport Industrial Park are planned with an area of 400-550ha.
Hai Phong will also develop 22 industrial clusters, the largest of which are Tien Cuong I and Tien Cuong III industrial clusters in Tien Lang district, both with a scale of more than 220 - 230 hectares.
