Consecutive arrests of 5 cases and 13 people buying, selling and using drugs in Thanh Hoa

On November 24, Thanh Hoa Provincial Police said that from October 30 to now, Bim Son Town Police have continuously discovered and arrested 5 cases, 13 people illegally buying, selling, storing and using drugs.

Typically, at around 12:00 on October 30, through the work of grasping the situation, Bim Son Town Police discovered and caught red-handed two people, Dang Trung Thanh (born in 1973 in Bac Son ward, Bim Son town) and Trinh Dinh Hai (born in 1967 in Vinh Hung commune, Vinh Loc district, Thanh Hoa province) organizing illegal use of drugs at Thanh's private home.

At the time of the search, Bim Son Town Police seized on the spot a plastic bag containing synthetic drugs (ketamine) and many other related exhibits.

Then, on November 4, Bim Son Town Police caught Dang Van Quyet (born in 1984) and Tong Van Phuoc (born in 1973) red-handed for illegally storing drugs and seized 1 package of heroin.

Fighting, expanding the case and tracing the origin of the above drugs, Bim Son Town Police arrested two more people, Nguyen Van Bien (born in 1991, residing in Quang Trung Commune, Bim Son Town) and Tran Van Luan (born in 1980 in Nga Dien Commune, Nga Son District, Thanh Hoa Province), who were the two people who supplied drugs to Quyet and Phuoc.

During an urgent search of the residences of Nguyen Van Bien and Tran Van Luan, the police seized more than 1 tael of heroin and many related exhibits. Currently, the cases are being further investigated and expanded by the Bim Son Town Police.
