The Hua Phan Provincial Police Delegation (Laos) presented gifts and New Year greetings to officers and soldiers of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police.
In a warm, united and friendly atmosphere, the two sides informed each other about the outstanding results in implementing the tasks in 2024 and the situation on both sides of the border. Accordingly, in recent times, the border protection forces of Thanh Hoa - Hua Phan provinces have closely coordinated in patrolling, controlling, and firmly protecting the border and border markers; propagating to the people of both sides to strictly comply with the agreements and regulations of the border area, creating favorable conditions for people to travel, visit relatives, trade, exchange goods, and develop the economy.
On behalf of Hua Phan Provincial Police, Colonel Am Phon Phan Ma Chan, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police, sent best wishes for health and a happy New Year 2025 to all leaders, officers and soldiers of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police; wishing the spirit of solidarity and friendly cooperation between the Police of the two provinces to be forever strong, contributing significantly to the work of maintaining security and order, effectively serving the cause of socio-economic development of the two provinces.
On behalf of the leadership of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police, Colonel Le Ngoc Anh, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police, affirmed and highly appreciated the friendly cooperation between the police forces of the two provinces in ensuring security and order, maintaining national border sovereignty, creating stable and safe conditions for people of the two countries and provinces to work, produce, and visit relatives with peace of mind.
In 2025, the Deputy Director of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police hopes that the two sides will continue to strengthen their cooperative relationship, effectively combat and prevent all types of crimes and law violations on the border; regularly exchange information and experience in ensuring security and order, social safety in border areas; thereby contributing to fostering the friendship between Vietnam and Laos in general, Thanh Hoa - Hua Phan in particular "forever green, forever sustainable".
