On the afternoon of November 29, Yen Bai Provincial People's Committee organized the ceremony to grant the Certificate of Registration for Investment in Construction and Business of Tran Yen Industrial Park Infrastructure (Phase I) to Viglacera Corporation - JSC.
Attending the ceremony, on behalf of Yen Bai province leaders, there were comrades: Tran Huy Tuan - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen The Phuoc - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee along with provincial departments, branches and sectors; leaders of Tran Yen district.
On behalf of the leaders of Viglacera Corporation - JSC, there were Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - General Director of the Corporation, Ms. Tran Thi Minh Loan - Member of the Board of Directors, Deputy General Director of the Corporation, Mr. Luong Thanh Tung - Deputy General Director of the Corporation and representatives of units under the Real Estate Department (Viglacera Corporation - JSC).
In the presence of the Provincial Party Secretary, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Huy Tuan and Mr. Nguyen The Phuoc - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Yen Bai province awarded the Investment Registration Certificate for the Project of Investment in Construction and Business of Infrastructure of Tran Yen Industrial Park (Phase 1) to Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - General Director and Board of Directors of Viglacera.
It is known that Tran Yen Industrial Park, Yen Bai province has been approved by the Prime Minister to be added to the planning for the development of industrial parks in Vietnam in Official Dispatch No. 91/TTg-CN dated January 24, 2022, with an area of 339 hectares in Bao Hung commune and Minh Quan commune, Tran Yen district, Yen Bai province.
The 1/2000 scale construction zoning plan of Tran Yen Industrial Park (phase I) has been approved in Decision No. 1506/QD-UBND dated August 31, 2022 of the People's Committee of Yen Bai province.
Accordingly, the planning area of phase I is 254.59ha. The project's objective is to invest in construction and business of industrial park infrastructure. The total estimated investment capital is 2,184.33 billion VND. The project implementation period is 50 years from the date of approval of the investment policy and approval of the investor.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - General Director of Viglacera Corporation - JSC expressed his gratitude to the leaders of Yen Bai province, Departments, Boards and Branches for their support, facilitation and granting of investment registration certificates in a very short time. The General Director of Viglacera believes that with the strong direction of the province, the project will soon start construction, which is a good opportunity to attract investors. Regarding some tasks in the coming time, the General Director of Viglacera suggested that the province will support the site clearance work, direct the early implementation of electricity sources, clean water supply... so that the project can start construction on schedule. Viglacera will prioritize technical issues, wastewater treatment as well as commit to implementing the project at high speed to soon attract investors to Yen Bai.
Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Tran Huy Tuan - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Yen Bai province emphasized: After coming into operation, this will be the second largest industrial park in Yen Bai province, playing a role as a premise to attract investment projects to the province; at the same time, it will create many high added values, contributing to accelerating the process of shifting the local economic structure towards industrialization and modernization.
Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Huy Tuan also requested relevant Departments, Boards and Branches of the province to coordinate with Viglacera to promptly carry out procedures for changing land use purposes in accordance with the provisions of law; protect the environment during the construction and operation process. Not only committed to Yen Bai province to closely accompany and support investors throughout the project implementation process, he also hopes to see efforts from both the locality and enterprises in the process of implementing investment and construction, attracting investment in this industrial park in accordance with the development orientation and philosophy of Yen Bai province: "Green - Harmony - Identity and Happiness".
Not only is it less than 10km from the administrative center of Yen Bai province, Tran Yen Industrial Park is also located in a location with an advantageous road, rail and waterway traffic system, which is very convenient for traveling and exchanging goods between localities.
The location of this industrial park is less than 1km from the IC12 intersection of the Noi Bai – Lao Cai highway. Traffic connection from Tran Yen Industrial Park to Noi Bai airport is very convenient thanks to the Hanoi – Lao Cai highway, travel time is 1 hour 40 minutes; to Lao Cai International Border Gate is 2 hours 20 minutes.
The location of this industrial park is less than 1km from the IC12 intersection of the Noi Bai – Lao Cai highway. Traffic connection from Tran Yen Industrial Park to Noi Bai airport is very convenient thanks to the Hanoi – Lao Cai highway, travel time is 1 hour 40 minutes; to Lao Cai International Border Gate is 2 hours 20 minutes.
In the future, when the Lao Cai - Hai Phong high-speed railway is invested in and built, transporting goods from Tran Yen to Hai Phong Port will also become easier.
