Attending the event were Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc - Deputy Director of Lam Dong Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Trang - Head of Intangible Cultural Heritage Management Department - Department of Grassroots Culture, Mr. Tran Quang Dung - Vice President of Thang Long Cultural Heritage Association, representatives of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions, Provincial Police, Da Lat City, leaders of Ward 6, and more than 100 cultural officers from districts, communes, towns, folk artists, mediums, female believers, incense keepers, temple mediums, and people practicing Mother Goddess worship.

At the conference, delegates were provided with basic knowledge about the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws on festivals; improved management and festival organization capacity for officials and civil servants working in state management of festivals. Introduced the heritage value and the role of the community in protecting and promoting the values ​​of the Vietnamese belief in worshiping the Mother Goddesses of the Three Palaces and Four Palaces.

Delegates participated in and experienced the space of practicing the Mother Goddess worship at the Vietnam Holy Mother Temple.

Introducing the UNESCO Convention on the Protection and Promotion of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Member Countries, including Vietnam, and the policies of the Party and State of Vietnam on activities to preserve and promote the values ​​of cultural heritage practicing the worship of the Mother Goddesses of the Three Palaces and Four Palaces of the Vietnamese people; the Law on Cultural Heritage (2009) and the Law on Beliefs and Religions (2016); disseminating circulars, decrees and documents related to the management and promotion of festival values; cultural behavior in festivals. Some solutions to overcome the distortions in the practice of the worship of the Mother Goddesses of the Three Palaces and Four Palaces of the Vietnamese people.

Delegates attending the conference had the opportunity to interact and experience the space for practicing the Vietnamese Mother Goddess Worship at the Vietnam Holy Mother Temple; and experience a performance of Chau Van and Hau Dong singing.
