Nhon Hai Commune (Quy Nhon City) has long been famous for its seaweed exploitation and processing, especially yellow seaweed. Nhon Hai seaweed production facilities have researched and improved the processing process to create convenient bottled seaweed products, suitable for consumer tastes.

The product “Nhon Hai Jelly Water” is granted a certificate of trademark registration, the scope of protection includes jelly water products used as food, soft drinks and related business activities. The product has been certified as 3-star OCOP in 2024. Currently, there are about 10 production facilities with a capacity of more than 32,000 bottles/year belonging to Nhon Hai Service - Aquatic Products Cooperative.

The product is completely preservative-free, colorant-free, and retains the refreshing, viscous taste typical of natural jelly with high nutritional and vitamin content. Not only popular locally, Nhon Hai jelly water is also gradually approaching markets outside the province, contributing to promoting Binh Dinh's seafood specialties.

The product is currently widely distributed at beverage outlets at tourist attractions throughout the province. In Quy Nhon City, consumers can buy it at Quy Nhon Green Cooperative, 02 An Duong Vuong.
