Speaking at the launching ceremony, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Chairman of the Vietnam Youth Union of An Giang Province Do Minh Sang said: “With the aim of raising awareness of union members, youth and the masses in implementing civilized urban lifestyle, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union launched union members and youth in the whole province to respond to the movement "An Giang Youth participate in building civilized urban areas" in 2025 with specific tasks, such as: Each union member and youth actively propagates the standards of civilized urban areas, about the new lifestyle in the new era, about civilized and modern standards of behavior; Youth Union chapters at all levels in the province strengthen the organization of activities and specific works associated with the implementation of the organization's tasks and local political tasks; establish "Digital Popular Education" teams; participate in building digital government, digital society, digital economy, digital citizens; well implement the motto "Urban youth behave culturally, act civilly" bright"…".
