Concluding the conference, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha emphasized: This Decree details and guides the implementation of the 2024 Land Law on land valuation methods; development, adjustment, amendment and supplementation of land price tables; specific land valuation and conditions for practicing land valuation consultancy. Based on the opinions of experts and delegates, the Deputy Prime Minister requested the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment to coordinate with relevant ministries and branches to promptly explain, absorb and complete the draft decree to submit to the Government for consideration and decision on promulgation in accordance with the correct procedures and legal regulations.
