Quang Ngai Youth Union in coordination with Brigade 680, Naval Region 3, has just organized the program "Quang Ngai Youth for the sea and islands of the homeland". At the program, Quang Ngai Provincial Youth Union presented the youth project "Green Truong Sa" to the representative of Brigade 680, Naval Region 3 (worth 32 million VND). The delegation also presented gifts to the children of officers and soldiers working at Brigade 680 (worth 20 million VND). The gift aims to encourage and support the soldiers and people of Truong Sa island district, officers and soldiers of DK1 Platform who are performing the task of developing the economy, building and protecting the sacred territorial sovereignty and territorial waters of the Fatherland.

Within the framework of the Journey, the delegation of Quang Ngai province offered incense to commemorate the merits of famous general Nguyen Tri Phuong in the resistance war against French colonialism at the special national relic of Dien Hai Citadel; visited the Hoang Sa Exhibition House, and studied historical and legal documents proving the process of exploring, establishing and protecting Vietnam's sovereignty over the Hoang Sa archipelago in a real, continuous and peaceful manner, in accordance with international practice and law.

Thanh Hai Border Guard Station in coordination with Phan Thiet City Youth Union recently organized the program "Border Lesson", propagating about sea and island sovereignty for more than 300 students of 2 schools: Nguyen Du Middle School and Phan Chu Trinh High School (Phan Thiet).

At the program, students were introduced to the location and natural conditions of the East Sea and Vietnam's seas and islands; the national maritime border and how to determine the national maritime border; the viewpoints and policies of our Party and State on sovereignty over seas and islands and the settlement of sovereignty disputes in the East Sea today; the responsibility of the young generation in participating in protecting the sacred sovereignty of the seas and islands of the Fatherland. In addition, students also discussed the contents of the lesson and related issues on sovereignty over seas and islands, national maritime borders of our country and the maritime border area of ​​Binh Thuan province.

The Command of Coast Guard Region 4 coordinated with the Mass Mobilization Committee of Soc Trang Provincial Party Committee to organize the Final round of the contest "I love my homeland's sea and islands".

Previously, the contest “I love my homeland’s sea and islands” had gone through 2 rounds: Round 1 was an online round from September 10 to September 13. There were 4,701/5,381 students registered (87.4% rate), 10,565 participants.

The direct competition round took place on the morning of September 28 with the main contents: Knowledge about the sea and islands of 100 students with excellent results from round 1. The students went through 4 exciting, attractive and dramatic rounds to select the most outstanding student of the competition.

Previously, the Command of Coast Guard Region 4 coordinated with the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Soc Trang province to organize propaganda and dissemination of laws to officials, people and fishermen in Tran De district and Vinh Chau town; organized fishing boat owners and captains to sign a commitment not to violate illegal, unreported and unregulated fishing (IUU); distributed leaflets, presented national flags, medical bags and gifts to families of policy beneficiaries and fishermen in difficult circumstances....
