At the meeting, the local Party Committee, authorities, relatives and families of the new soldiers visited and encouraged their children, and witnessed the learning, eating, living and working conditions and the growth of the new soldiers; thereby, the locality, families and relatives felt secure and excited. This is a great school for young people to study, practice, build life ideals, and contribute to protecting the homeland and the country.

In 2025, the 812th Infantry Regiment received new soldiers from 10 districts, towns and cities in Binh Thuan province. The regiment organized to ensure materials, weapons, equipment, barracks and training conditions. After 2 months of training, the new soldiers were trained in military, politics , logistics, techniques, team command, use of weapons; technical and tactical movements in combat. 100% of the soldiers were mentally secure, clearly matured, clearly identifying the responsibility of a soldier towards the Fatherland. The soldiers were always self-conscious, actively studying, training and strictly following discipline.

Through the meeting, the local Party Committee, authorities as well as the families of the new soldiers have a better understanding of the life, study and work of their children in the Army unit. At the same time, it also helps the Party Committee and unit commanders better understand the family circumstances of the soldiers, to grasp their thoughts and aspirations. From there, the unit, locality and family regularly exchange and have close coordination to propose many solutionsto educate and train new soldiers well in the coming time.
