Nearly 4,000 students listened to information about the situation on the islands.

At the propaganda session, students listened to the reporter propagate the position, role, importance and outline the main characteristics of Vietnam's seas and islands; the recent situation in the East Sea; the viewpoints, guidelines, policies of the Party and State in building and protecting the current sovereignty of the seas and islands, the results of the struggle and protection of sovereignty at sea of ​​the Vietnam People's Navy in the past time and the direction and tasks in the coming time.

Propaganda activities help the young generation have more information about Vietnam's seas and islands and the tasks of the forces performing the task of protecting sovereignty at sea and islands; grasp the viewpoints, policies, guidelines and countermeasures of our Party and State in the task of protecting sovereignty over seas and islands in the current period.

At the same time, raise awareness, pride, patriotism, love for the sea and islands; promote the role and responsibility of the young generation of Vietnam, ready to become human resources to perform tasks in the armed forces, contributing to building and protecting the sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland.
