Since the beginning of the 2020-2025 term, with the right policy, creative ways of doing things and the high consensus of the people in donating land, the traffic infrastructure of Quynh Phu district has become increasingly synchronized. The small, narrow roads that were difficult to travel in the past have now been replaced by large, wide roads. This is also an important factor for the district to attract investment.

Existence of paths between Party's will and people's heart

The DH.72C route invested by Quynh Phu district from An Thanh commune to An Bai town is 1.7km long. The project started in early 2022, after 11 months of construction, the route was completed thanks to the consensus and high support of the people in donating ^{5,000m2 of} residential land and agricultural land of 100 households to implement the project. The completion of the route has met the long-awaited expectations of the people in the commune.

This year, over 70 years old, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thoa, like many people in An Thanh commune, never thought that one day they would be able to travel on large, wide roads, paved with concrete and asphalt, with electricity lighting up the village roads and alleys at night like now. According to her, in the past, the village roads were only 3.5m wide, with many potholes, making it difficult for vehicles to travel, causing danger to people. Not to mention that when it was sunny, dust flew everywhere, when it rained, it flooded because there were no drainage ditches, and at night, few people went out because there was no electricity. However, that is now only a memory.

Joyful and excited when the appearance of her hometown changes every day, Mrs. Thoa emotionally said: Our life now is no different from a city, the roads are 8m wide, paved straight, high-pressure lights are on all night; the rain drains away; traffic is convenient, people are very happy about the change of their hometown. The large and wide roads will help the local economy develop, people's lives will be improved. We are grateful to the Party and superiors for always caring about people's lives.

For the family of Mr. Nguyen Quang Phiet, owner of Phiet Thuy fine art wood production facility, Ha village, An Thai commune, the upgraded and renovated traffic route has promoted the development of local trade and services. Mr. Phiet said: My facility was established in 1997. Previously, the road was narrow and narrow, so business and trade encountered many difficulties due to inconvenient traffic. Since the road was completed and is 9m wide, cars have traveled more conveniently, more customers have come to see and buy products, thanks to which the family's income has increased. Through contributing land use rights to expand the road, I see that this is a very correct policy, in line with the people's wishes, not only beautifying the homeland but also helping people to do business, trade, and travel more conveniently, contributing to improving people's lives.

Comrade Nguyen Huu Hoang, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of An Thai commune, said: The completion of the commune's traffic infrastructure will be the basis for the Party Committee, government and people to aim for greater goals, first of all, the determination to soon turn An Thai into an advanced new rural commune, along with focusing on economic development to further improve people's lives.

Attractive destination for investors

Quynh Phu currently has 2 industrial parks and 5 industrial clusters (ICs). With its favorable geographical location combined with synchronous traffic infrastructure, Quynh Phu has recently become an attractive destination for investors.

Quy Ninh Industrial Park is located in An Quy and An Ninh communes, invested by Capital Holding Real Estate Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company with a total registered capital of over 282.1 billion VND. The total project area is ^619,000m2 , divided into 2 phases. Phase 1 started construction in April 2020, and many items have been basically completed.

Mr. Jackie, Project Director said: We chose to invest in Quy Ninh Industrial Park because this is a convenient location, Provincial Road 455 passes through connecting with other provinces, National Highway 10 runs nearly 1km from the Industrial Park connecting with Hai Phong port and some neighboring provinces. During the project implementation process, Quynh Phu district always pays attention and creates all conditions for the investor to complete the related procedures well. In particular, the site clearance work is implemented very quickly, with the consensus and support of local authorities and people. Thanks to that, up to now, Quy Ninh Industrial Park has 9 projects approved for investment, of which 3 projects have leased land for production and business, 5 projects are completing land lease procedures, and 1 project is building infrastructure. With phase 1 being implemented quickly, we believe that phase 2 of site clearance work will continue to be of interest to the district and localities so that the project can soon be put into operation, promoting the district's economic growth.

HNF Garment Joint Stock Company, An Trang Commune (Quynh Phu) attracts many local workers.

With Viet Tri Thai Binh Garment Joint Stock Company located in Quynh Hoi commune, before investing in the project, the enterprise learned a lot about Thai Binh province, especially Quynh Phu district. Ms. Vu Thi Na, Human Resources Director of the Company shared: Choosing Quynh Phu as the destination to invest in building a factory, we determined that this is a location with many advantages: Firstly, the geographical conditions of Quynh Phu are very favorable to attract labor and convenient for traveling. From Quynh Phu to Hanoi and Hai Phong port, where the factory exports goods, it is very convenient; the transportation system has been upgraded synchronously and modernly, making it easy for vehicles and workers to come to work at the factory. Not to mention, during the process of implementing the investment project until it came into operation, the Company always received support and assistance from Quynh Phu district as well as agencies, departments, branches and local authorities. Therefore, up to now, the Company is on the path of strong development with more than 2,000 employees who are children of Quynh Phu and neighboring districts coming to work. This is the basis to promote business development, create stable jobs and improve the lives of workers.

According to statistics, since the beginning of the term, Quynh Phu district has participated in appraising and advising the Provincial People's Committee to approve 33 investment projects in the district with a total registered investment capital of VND 2,786.7 billion, registering to employ over 7,000 workers. Of which, it has attracted 2 high-tech projects in Quynh Trang commune, including: the food processing factory construction project of TH Group and the fiber factory project of Dragontextiles Company Limited. Recently, according to Decision No. 376/QD-TTg, dated March 17, 2021 of the Prime Minister approving the program for developing domestically produced pharmaceutical and medicinal materials industry to 2030, with a vision to 2045, Quynh Phu district was selected to invest in a pharmaceutical - biological industrial park with an area of about 300 hectares. The project, when implemented and put into operation, will solve a large number of skilled workers in the province...

Mr. Vu Xuan Hung, Permanent Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee affirmed: The fact that investors are coming to Quynh Phu is a clear demonstration of the development of the district's transport infrastructure, and at the same time demonstrates the district's commitment and determination in attracting investment.

Quy Ninh Industrial Cluster (Quynh Phu) has completed its infrastructure, attracting many investors, contributing to promoting the district's economic development.
