Quynh Phu: Nine more products achieve 3-star OCOP standard.

On the afternoon of November 26th, the OCOP Product Evaluation and Classification Council of Quynh Phu district held a conference to evaluate and classify 9 OCOP products at the district level for 2024.
Members of the OCOP product evaluation and ranking council of Quynh Phu district provide feedback on the product.
Nine products participated in the evaluation and ranking process: red glutinous rice from Quynh My Agricultural Service Cooperative; Lang Ganh rice from An Ninh Agricultural Service Cooperative; Chau Son water chestnut from Nguyen Van Khanh's business household in Chau Son commune; Quynh Nguyen potatoes from Quynh Nguyen Agricultural Service Cooperative; Quynh Lam peanuts from Quynh Lam Agricultural Service Cooperative; Quynh Hai spring onions from Quynh Hai Agricultural Production and Business Service Cooperative; Lang Bai water spinach from Quynh Hoa Agricultural Service Cooperative; Ret tea from An Vinh Agricultural Service Cooperative; and Sophora japonica flower buds from An Cau Agricultural Service Cooperative. These are products selected by localities as OCOP products under the "One Commune One Product" program.
The members of the District OCOP Product Evaluation and Ranking Council carefully studied and reviewed the products to ensure a rigorous, objective, and transparent evaluation and scoring process. All products showed significant improvements in quality, diverse designs, and compliance with regulations regarding labels, tags, and product traceability. Based on the evaluation results, the District OCOP Product Evaluation and Ranking Council assessed all nine products mentioned above as achieving OCOP 3-star standards.
The products were evaluated and ranked by the District-level OCOP Product Evaluation Council and met the OCOP 3-star standard.
Thus, as of the end of November 2024, Quynh Phu district had a total of 31 products recognized as OCOP products, including 4 products achieving OCOP 4-star rating and 27 products achieving OCOP 3-star rating, thereby contributing to promoting the economic development of rural areas.
