The subjects are all legal documents related to decentralization, delegation of authority, authorization and implementation of preferential regimes and policies, support for state management activities on social housing construction issued by the Provincial People's Council, Provincial People's Committee and district level from August 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025, still in effect.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned departments, branches, and district-level People's Committees to advise on developing an inspection and review plan in April 2025. Complete the list and organize the inspection and review before July 15, 2025. Report the results of the inspection and review of documents and advise the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on the directive document in August 2025.
