Accordingly, the Department of Construction will establish an inspection team to inspect social housing projects that have been put into use in Bien Hoa city. The purpose is to rectify the management and use of social housing in the province in general and Bien Hoa city in particular, ensuring the correct purpose and objects according to the provisions of law.

The Department of Construction requests that departments, branches, sectors and People's Committees of districts and cities notify their units' officials, civil servants, public employees... who have purchased, rented, or lease-purchased social housing in Bien Hoa city. If they do not have a need to use it, they are requested to contact the investor or project manager to return the housing.

After April 17, 2025, the Department of Construction will preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to conduct inspections of the management and use of social housing in Bien Hoa city.
