The tea basin is oxidized, the floor is stagnant with water.
Regarding the processing process, the facility had violations such as employees in direct contact with food not having training certificates on food safety knowledge, not wearing full protective clothing, and the production process not ensuring food safety conditions.
In the food processing area, raw materials have flies and insects, food production areas also have stagnant water, waste areas and production and processing areas do not ensure distance.
Reporting to the police, Mr. PQH (35 years old), representative of the facility, admitted that he had not fully met food safety regulations, and that the production and processing of fruit tea at the above location had been taking place recently.
Police force temporarily seized 5 boxes of raw materials of unknown origin.
After processing, the products are loaded onto trucks and transported to 6 retail locations across the city.
