Stimulating and attracting tourists to Da Nang in 2024

DNO - On the morning of March 29, the city's Department of Tourism organized the announcement of the Program to stimulate and attract tourists to Da Nang in 2024 - Enjoy Da Nang 2024 - Enjoy the unique tourism products of Da Nang. Speaking at the event, Deputy Director of the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism Ha Van Sieu highly appreciated Da Nang's initiatives and efforts in organizing the Program to stimulate and attract tourists to Da Nang in 2024.

This is an important and timely event of Da Nang to promote domestic tourism, increasing more experiences for tourists to welcome the upcoming holidays and summer tourist season.

With the participation of local authorities and the business community, the tourism stimulus program will create positive effects, bringing memorable experiences to tourists by creating new attractive tourism products, building a civilized tourism environment; linking and joining hands to offer reasonable price policies, building attractive tours/routes/combos, exclusively for domestic tourists.

On behalf of the Vietnam National Tourism Administration, Deputy Director Ha Van Sieu called on provinces, cities and localities across the country to join hands in launching the campaign "Vietnamese people travel to Vietnam" called "Vietnam I love".

The Vietnam National Administration of Tourism is committed to accompanying and suggesting that localities will have many good ideas, creative ways of doing things, quality and unique products and services for tourists to attract domestic and foreign tourists.

Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Tran Chi Cuong said that the goal of stimulating tourism is to attract tourists to the city. To do this well, tourism and service businesses need to work together to develop tourism.

The connection is shown between service businesses, transportation businesses, tourism businesses, and between localities in the country to create unified strength.

The city hopes that through the tourism industry's implementation plans, businesses will gradually do better, join hands to go further and more firmly, not just simply stimulate demand at each time.

After each stimulus, businesses have close connections, ensuring the best quality of service for tourists.

Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Tran Chi Cuong hopes that tourism businesses will expand further in developing regional and national tourism, and develop well the goal of three localities and one destination that Thua Thien Hue - Da Nang - Quang Nam has set.

At the same time, highly appreciated the Vietnam Railway industry for coordinating with Da Nang - Thua Thien Hue to create a new tourism product with the journey "Connecting Central Heritage".

The tourism industry and the tourism business community and related services join hands to develop tourism in Da Nang and the Central region to become a favorite destination for domestic and international tourists.

It is known that the program to stimulate and attract tourists to Da Nang in 2024 is called Enjoy Danang 2024 - Enjoy Da Nang's unique tourism products including: enjoy events - festivals, enjoy culinary tourism, enjoy night tourism, enjoy wedding tourism and MICE tourism.

Accordingly, along with a series of special festival events such as: Brazil - Vietnam Football Festival 2024, Da Nang International Fireworks Festival 2024, Da Nang Enjoy Festival, Vinfast Iron Man 70.3 Vietnam, Danang International Marathon 2024, BRG Open Golf Championship, Da Nang Asian Film Festival... there are also attractive night tourism products.

Specifically: Charming show, Ao Dai show; Han River night cruise on cruise ships, tourist cyclo; watching Dragon Bridge spit fire and water; activities of tourist streets, night markets: An Thuong tourist street, Son Tra night market, Helio night market, My An night beach...

This year, the city has introduced many new tourism products to serve visitors such as: water music show; water puppet show (Cultural Show); jet ski and flyboard show with sound, light and fireworks effects (Danang river show); opening of Bach Dang walking street and piloting night services on Nguyen Van Troi bridge and the East bank park at the foot of Nguyen Van Troi bridge;

In addition, the city has the program Enjoy Danang tourism by tourist train (Danang Wow Train), Hue - Danang tourist train "Connecting Central Heritage"; culinary experience tour (Danang Food Tour) promoting typical culinary products, introducing to tourists delicious dishes that must be tried when coming to Danang.

The stimulus program - Enjoy Danang 2024 offers more than 10,000 free vouchers and discount offers, with a total value equivalent to 5 billion VND, to tourists.

In particular, the city gives priority to giving away 2,000 free tickets to watch the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival to tourists when registering to buy Da Nang tourism services/products on online platforms (Kkday and Traveloka), on the Program's website (enjoydanang.vn), Da Nang tourism social networking sites, participating in minigames/lucky spins at the Da Nang Tourism Information Desk (domestic arrivals, international arrivals, Da Nang City Tourist Support Center) and gifts for the first 100 couples choosing Da Nang to organize their wedding/wedding anniversary/honeymoon.

The program also has combo packages to enjoy Da Nang including: combo Enjoy Da Nang by train and combo Enjoy Da Nang - Iron Man 70.3 Vietnam competition exploited by travel companies in Da Nang.

Tourists can hunt for free/discounted vouchers to experience sightseeing, accommodation, dining, entertainment, shopping, etc. at the Golden Week Program - Receive thousands of incentives on the Program's website (enjoydanang.vn).

At the stimulus program, a representative of Sun Group Corporation informed about the 2024 Da Nang International Fireworks Festival. In addition, representatives of the tourism industry organized a signing ceremony with relevant units to improve the quality of transportation services, diversify tourism products, promote communication, etc.
