The Lubricant Grease Factory is a project invested by a group of investors from Thailand and Australia, with the goal of producing and importing Lithium-based lubricants, heat-resistant greases, preservative greases and grease products used for industrial equipment and machinery. This is the first factory in Vietnam to produce Lithium-based greases. The project has a total investment of 5.5 million USD (equivalent to 134.75 billion VND) from foreign direct investment (FDI), using advanced grease production technology with modern machinery and high-performance grease production processes, to meet diverse needs in different transportation and industrial sectors.
Representatives of leaders of units, investors, and contractors broke ground for construction.
The factory project is constructed by TNT Construction Design Consulting Co., Ltd. as the general contractor, with a land area of 2.3 hectares, a production capacity of 9,500 tons of finished products/year, divided into 2 phases. In which, phase 1 with a capacity of 5,000 tons of finished products/year will complete construction items, install machinery and equipment by the end of 2024, and is expected to be completed and put into operation in early 2025. Phase 2, with a capacity of 4,500 tons of finished products/year, is expected to be implemented immediately after phase 1 project goes into stable production and business operation.
