KITA Group recruits architectural designers for TM01 project with total prize of nearly 2 billion VND

(Dan Tri) - KITA Group announced an architectural design competition for the TM01 building and signed a cooperation agreement with an architectural design consultant for the CT05 and CT06 projects.


These are two projects in the GIA by KITA complex located in the heart of Ciputra urban area - a complex with more than 400 luxury villas, 10 super luxury apartment buildings and a modern commercial service complex with a collection of more than 100 of the most luxurious amenities in the area.

1 billion VND prize for the winning unit of the TM01 project architecture competition

Located in a complex of high-class architectural works in the Ciputra Urban Area (KDT) Hanoi, TM01 project has an area of ​​19,699m2, with a planning of 2 condotel buildings, 1 hotel and office building, developed by KITA Group. Enjoying the full advantage of regional connectivity with a location right on the main traffic routes, easily connecting to all other key economic areas of the capital, the project promises to bring high-class commercial services.

The TM01 project is focused on harmoniously combining and optimizing the functional and utility systems by the project developer KITA Group. With that goal in mind, KITA Group, in collaboration with the Vietnam Association of Architects, organized a competition to select architectural designs for the TM01 project. The competition creates opportunities for leading regional and domestic architectural design and construction companies and units to demonstrate their talents and creative, unique design ideas, promising to create a new landmark project for the capital.

The contest takes place from February 14 to April 25 with a total prize value of nearly 2 billion VND.

The Organizing Committee, the Judging Council and representatives of 7 architectural consulting units participating in the competition.

Participating in this competition are 7 qualified architectural consulting units, with extensive experience in award-winning architectural design projects in the field of construction design, high-rise commercial towers domestically and internationally, including: Baumschlager Eberle Architekten (BEA), Shanghai Zhongjian Architectural Design Institute Co., Ltd. (SZADI), Guangzhou Zoneteam Architectural Design&Urban Planning Institute CO., LTD, China Academy of Building Research Co., Ltd. (CABR), HMP Architecture, Cubic Architecture Joint Stock CO., LTD, Vietnam Construction Consultant Joint Stock Corporation (VNCC).

Discussing at the announcement ceremony, representatives of architectural consulting units, Mr. Nguyen Truong Linh - Deputy General Director of Vietnam Construction Consulting Corporation, Mr. Cung Thanh Dat - Deputy General Director of Baumschlager Eberle Company in Southeast Asia, highly appreciated the architectural design competition for TM01 project organized by KITA Group, expressing the desire and determination to bring to this creative playground architectural ideas that meet the strict requirements of the investor.

At the ceremony, a representative of KITA Group shared: "We organized an architectural design competition for the TM01 project to find a new design, build, and create a new symbol in the capital. As part of the campaign to find architectural solutions for "famous" projects, KITA Invest Joint Stock Company (under KITA Group) has also signed a cooperation agreement with the Chinese Institute of Architectural Science Research on architectural design consultancy for the commercial office complex, combined with high-rise housing at plots CT05-HH, CT06-HH of Nam Thang Long Urban Area (projects CT05, CT06).

Project CT05, CT06 is a commercial service and apartment complex belonging to the super luxury real estate product line under the brand name GIA by KITA located in the Ciputra urban area. The project is invested by KITA Invest with a total area of ​​59,600m2, including 10 40-storey towers with more than 2,000 apartments, penthouses, shophouses located next to the 65-hectare large park.
