Ms. Nguyen Thi Khanh, Chairwoman of the Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Association, said that the festival will gather 150 - 180 booths, not only introducing bread products but also displaying baking ingredients and special side dishes.
With the message “Vietnamese bread, world culinary value - Spreading to five continents”, the 3rd Vietnamese Bread Festival not only brings traditional meat sandwiches but also many creative variations: seafood sandwiches, baguettes, sweet sandwiches, sesame sandwiches and even baked sandwiches on the spot.
