Opening of the exam to recruit leaders of My Lam Mineral Spring Hospital and the Provincial Tourist Area Management Board

Attending the opening ceremony were comrades: Nguyen Manh Tuan, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Vice Chairman of the Examination Council; Ma The Hong, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc; Ta Duc Tuyen, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Tuyen Quang City Party Committee.

The exam included 5 candidates for the positions of Deputy Director of My Lam Mineral Spring Hospital and Deputy Head of the Provincial Tourism Management Board.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, comrade Nguyen Manh Tuan emphasized that the organization of the recruitment exam for leadership and management positions under the management of the Provincial Party Committee and the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee aims to implement the Politburo's policy on piloting the recruitment exam for leadership and management positions. Thereby, creating a healthy competitive environment, gradually innovating the process of appointing leaders and managers at agencies and units of the province.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the candidates to make efforts and complete the exam with the highest results. The members of the examination council need to promote a sense of responsibility, strictly comply with the rules and regulations of the exam, ensure the principles of fairness, transparency and objectivity to select cadres with sufficient qualities, political will and capacity to undertake the position after being recruited.

Candidates compete in 2 rounds: Round 1 is a written test on general knowledge; Round 2 is a presentation of a project based on the competition topic, an action plan to implement the candidate's plans and solutions, and answers questions from the Competition Council.

Immediately after the opening ceremony, the candidates will take part in the first round of the general knowledge written test. Candidates who pass the first round will participate in the second round held on December 8.
