Speaking at the opening ceremony, Chairman of the Hanoi Journalists Association To Quang Phan affirmed that the At Ty Spring Press Festival - Hanoi 2025 is the opening activity of a series of events to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Hanoi Party Committee (March 17, 1930 - March 17, 2025) and towards the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925 - June 21, 2025)... of the press in the capital and the City Journalists Association.
According to journalist To Quang Phan, the year 2025 has a special significance for the country and the Capital, with many important anniversaries. Journalists in the Capital vow to unite and be determined to successfully complete the assigned political tasks, have absolute trust in the leadership of the Party; deeply imbued with the guiding ideology and great orientation of the Party and General Secretary To Lam on the new era - the era of national development; the orientation and direction of the Hanoi Party Committee and City in the cause of building and developing a civilized, modern and cultural Capital.

Taking place on March 7 and 8, the Spring At Ty Press Festival - Hanoi 2025 gathered 15 central and Hanoi press agencies, with the participation of Hanoi Library, displaying typical publications about spring, the country and 95 years of maturity of the Hanoi Party Committee.
The press conference is designed in 4 exhibition clusters, introducing milestones, documents, books, and photos on the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Hanoi Party Committee; modern journalism methods; typical spring and Tet newspaper publications...
At the Press Conference, the Organizing Committee awarded 43 outstanding works participating in the 2024 Ngo Tat To Journalism Award.

Also at the program, Chairman of the Hanoi Journalists Association To Quang Phan called for and launched a competition to achieve achievements to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925 - June 21, 2025) and major holidays of the country and the capital to all members of the Associations and affiliated Journalists Associations.
