In addition, the culinary culture of Ha Giang is also very diverse, rich and has its own characteristics. Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Doan Van Viet acknowledged and highly appreciated the determination of Ha Giang province in preserving and promoting the values of cultural heritage, focusing on using culture to develop tourism and using tourism development to preserve culture, creating new values in development.
