To fix the error of Zalo not showing messages in notifications on the phone, please refer to the steps below.
Step 1: It is possible that while using Zalo, you accidentally made a mistake and turned off the option to view message content in the notification section. To fix this error, access the Zalo application and click on the personal icon. Next, click on the application settings in the upper right corner of the screen.
Step 2: Here, click on Notifications. If you cannot preview the notification of the 2-person chat, check and turn on the switches for the 2 items Notify new messages from 2-person chat and Preview messages from 2-person chat.
If you experience this with notifications on large group chats, click on Notify new messages from groups and toggle the Preview group messages switch to the right.
Another situation is that you could see the message content when the screen is locked before but now you can't. Tap on Notifications, select Manage system notifications. Next, check if the application has been granted permission to notify on the lock screen, if not, open it. Then scroll down and click on Messages > Tap on On lock screen > set to Show all notifications and content.
