Results of the 27th session of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission

(LĐ online) - On March 18, the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee held its 27th meeting. Comrade Nguyen Khac Binh - Member of the Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee chaired the meeting .

At this session, after reviewing the inspection results when there were signs of violations against the Standing Committee of Lac Duong District Party Committee and the review results, proposing disciplinary action against a number of related party organizations and party members, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee found that:

The Standing Committee of Lac Duong District Party Committee for the terms 2005-2010, 2010-2015, 2015-2020 and 2020-2025 has not fulfilled its responsibilities in leadership and direction, and lacked inspection and supervision, allowing a number of related organizations and individuals to have shortcomings and violations in the process of implementing the Ap Lat High-Tech Agricultural Zone Project, Da Sar Commune, Lac Duong District.

The shortcomings and violations in the implementation of the above-mentioned Project are mainly and directly the responsibility of the Party Cell and some leaders through the periods of the Lac Duong District Agricultural Center, the unit authorized by the Lac Duong District People's Committee to be the Project investor; partly the responsibility of the leaders of the Lac Duong District People's Committee; the Da Sar Commune Party Committee; the Party Cell of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment through the periods (2006-2023) and some related individuals.

Considering the content, nature, level, consequences, and causes of the violation; based on the Party's regulations, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission voted to impose a disciplinary warning on Comrade Nguyen Duy Hai - Former Secretary of the District Party Committee, former Chairman of the Lac Duong District People's Committee. Reprimand: Lac Duong District Agricultural Center Party Cell for the 2010-2015 term and Comrade Than Xuan Quy - Member of the District Party Committee's Standing Committee, Head of the District Party Committee's Organization Committee, former Secretary of the Party Cell, former Director of the District Agricultural Center. Comparing the Party's regulations on the statute of limitations for disciplinary action, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission did not impose a disciplinary action on the Lac Duong District Agricultural Center Party Cell for the 2010-2015 term and Comrade Than Xuan Quy.

The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission requested the Standing Committee of Lac Duong District Party Committee to seriously review and draw profound lessons; direct the review and consideration of responsibilities of relevant organizations and individuals; overcome and direct the Lac Duong District People's Committee to promptly overcome shortcomings and violations pointed out in accordance with Party regulations and State laws.

In addition to the above content, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee has reviewed and concluded a number of other contents within its authority.
