Jun Pham is considered a strong candidate for "Anh trai vu ngan cong gai" because he has a lot of experience in music groups (member of group 365).

"When I joined the program "Anh trai vu ngan cong gai", Jun felt very nostalgic. Because when I entered the dormitory, I saw bunk beds, they were exactly like the 365 beds in the past, but the 365 rooms were not as nice" - Jun Pham recalled.
He also recalled the difficult early days, when his brothers had no money to go to shows by bus, and went to the market to buy cheap leather jackets to wear to shows. It was these difficult days that helped the male singer learn the skill of perseverance, determined not to give up under any circumstances.
However, for the former member of 365, the early days of his career were not the most difficult period in his artistic career, but the time when 365 disbanded was the time he encountered many difficulties.
"Leaving the group, I had to start a solo career, and if I wasn't as good as my brothers, I would tarnish the name 365, and feel guilty towards Van and my brothers. At that time, Jun struggled a lot about whether he should continue to be a solo artist or not. Jun struggled for a whole year before he could make a decision. At that time, Jun thought that he had to do his best, because now he was 27 years old, he couldn't turn back, he had to keep going" - Jun Pham confided.
Jun Pham shared that he began to notice many changes in himself when he joined the show. And one of the most obvious changes was his "competitiveness".
