According to the Jerusalem Post, on November 1, Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian declared that if the fighting in Gaza continues, the "axis of resistance" will carry out other "unexpected actions" targeting Israel.
Mr. Hossein Amir-Abdollahian also warned that if Tel Aviv does not immediately implement a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip and the attacks continue, the consequences of the unexpected actions of the resistance axis will be very harsh.
The statement was made during the Iranian Foreign Minister's visit to Türkiye. Earlier, when he arrived in Qatar, Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian had meetings with Hamas leaders.
Iran's moves are considered to be aimed at linking forces, including the Hezbollah movement in Lebanon, the Houthi group in Yemen, the Palestinian Islamic Jihad Movement, and militia groups in Iraq and Syria, with the goal of increasing threats to Israel.
Meanwhile, according to The Times of Israel on November 1, speaking at a meeting to assess the war situation held near the Gaza border, Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant said he was "very impressed" by Israel's "decisive and decisive actions" and "strong cooperation between the ground and air forces."
Israel's defense minister added that military operations in the Gaza Strip had exposed underground tunnels and forced Hamas militants out.
However, according to Mr. Gallant, the Israeli side also "paid a price as it would in any battle", referring to the 15 Israeli soldiers who have died since the army launched a ground campaign in the Gaza Strip.
