The ASEAN-43 Press Center is located at the Exhibition Hall, Jakarta Convention Center - the venue for the Opening Ceremony and Plenary Session of the 43rd ASEAN Summit.

The 43rd ASEAN Summit Media Center is extremely spacious, with a capacity of up to 2,500 people and will operate 24/7 from September 2-8.
According to the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, to support the work of reporters and journalists, the Press Center has also provided Telkom internet with 240 LAN workstations with dedicated connections of 1.5 gigabytes per second (Gbps).
The Press Center also features a dedicated international broadcast distribution center; 10 15 m2 media partner office booths; audio-video editing booths; individual studios; multi-format broadcast conversion; media briefing room; 300-person press conference room with 5 interpreters; two standing positions plus webcast/live streaming; media lounge; medical lockers and storage; publishing and distribution desk; photocopying and stationery corner; large-screen live TV; shuttle buses and several rooms for satellite news gathering (SNG).
The Press Center will also provide bilingual photo and video streaming, clean feed broadcasting, news bulletins, press conferences and technical guidance for journalists.

Large capacity workspace
The working area for reporters is extremely comfortable because the room has a large capacity for about 1,300 seats for journalists to work, including 2 areas with desktop computers for journalists.
With more than 1,000 reporters and journalists expected to participate in ASEAN-43, there will be plenty of seating.
Free food and drinks
At the 43rd ASEAN Summit, reporters will have a wide variety of desserts and drinks to choose from, displayed in corners of the hall.

In addition to free drinks inside the hall, international reporters can choose drinks at sponsored and free coffee booths.

The Press Center also provides free massage chairs for journalists on duty. About 5 massage chairs are arranged on the left side after the entrance of the building to serve reporters.
