Hue auctions commercial service land of more than 1,800m2 in prime location

(Dan Tri) - The land was auctioned for lease to invest in a commercial service project located at the frontage of the central street of Hue city.

On November 13, the Land Fund Development Center (Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Thua Thien Hue province) said it is coordinating with Quang Nam Finance and Price Joint Stock Auction Company to carry out the process of auctioning, selling assets on land, transferring land use rights in the form of leasing to implement a commercial service area project in Hue city.

The land area that Thua Thien Hue province is auctioning this time has an area of ​​over 1,820 square meters, belonging to plot number 92, cadastral map sheet number 9 (number 2 Hanoi, Vinh Ninh ward, Hue city).

This can be considered a prime location as Hanoi Street is among the most modern streets in Hue, with many large buildings and headquarters. The land plot is located about 50m from Phu Xuan Bridge across the Huong River.

The State sells assets on land, transfers land use rights in the form of 50-year land lease with one-time payment for the entire lease term for investors to carry out investment projects through auction.

The total starting price for the auction of the above land and house is nearly 107 billion VND, including land use rights of nearly 107 billion VND and assets attached to the land of nearly 800 million VND. The deposit is more than 21.5 billion VND.

The auction will take place on December 20, at the hall of Quang Nam Finance and Price Auction Company, Thua Thien Hue Branch.

The land is auctioned to form a commercial and tourist service area with a scale of 9 floors, with a total investment of more than 266 billion VND. The project implementation progress is not more than 36 months from the date of land allocation, land lease, and land use purpose change.
